Il est domin\u00e9 au nord par les montagnes du Karakoram, au sud par l&rsquo;Himalaya et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest par le Pir Panjal.<\/p><p>Le Ladakh se compose de plusieurs r\u00e9gions: Dah-Hanu, Purig, Sham, Nubra, Ladakh, Baltistan, Zanskar et Changthang.<\/p><p>Le Ladakh constitue un territoire de l&rsquo;union indienne depuis 2019. La capitale est <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/niyamdu-dro.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Leh-Palace-scaled.jpg\">Leh<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>La superficie du Ladakh est de 59 146 km\u00b2 et sa
